The BinMaster Flexible Hanging Capacitance Probe (FCP) is designed for high, mid or low-level detection when it is necessary to top mount the sensor. It is effective in aggregates, coal or other lump materials that might damage a rigid probe. It is available in shielded bare or shielded Teflon-sleeved cable; both feature “pro-shield” protection against false reading caused by coating or buildup. The shielded bare cable extension probe allows for mounting in a standoff pipe or nozzle. The shielded Teflon-sleeved cable extension should be used in applications where conductive material – like most liquids – may leave a residue on the probe.
