Rhino Hyde Bolt-In-Place Chute & Hopper Liners

Rhino Hyde Bolt-in-Place Chute & Hopper Liners are designed to be fastened by bolting to your chute or hopper. They are used throughout the aggregate industry in discharge chutes, holding bins, turn-head liners, and spouts to reduce noise and provide protection for the underlying steel liner. Typical application and liner thickness recommendations are listed below. Various formulations and durometers are available. Liners up to 4 inches thick can be produced when required.

Bolt-in-place polyurethane liners can be:

  • Bolted through individually located plates in the urethane that are strategically placed throughout the liner
  • Attached using studs protruding out the back side of the liner
  • Provided with solid or expanded metal backing with pre-placed holes
  • Molded to modular shapes or purchased in sheets up to 5 feet x 10 feet (dependent on weight) that can be field cut to size
