These reducers feature a rugged FCD45 cast iron housing that resists impact and corrosion, protecting precision-ground, case-hardened steel gears built to A.G.M.A. standards for long service life. Fully TXT compatible, each unit is a dimensional drop-in replacement for popular TXT shaft mount reducers and accepts TXT-style accessories, simplifying upgrades and replacements without reworking existing equipment. Available in box sizes 2 through 12, the SMR Series covers a wide range of output bore sizes and horsepower requirements with 15:1 and 25:1 ratios to match common conveyor speed and torque demands.
