For optimal performance, it is essential that your 3DLevelScanner is mounted correctly on the roof of your vessel. To ensure proper, stable mounting on concrete or steel bin structures, BinMaster mounting flanges come in a variety of sizes and angles.
- For flat roofs, a 0°, 13.38″ diameter mild carbon steel mounting plate with 11.75″ bolt hole circle (available in a standard powder coat or optional stainless steel finish for food grade and sanitary operations) is used for securing the scanner in place.
- For vessels with angled roofs, 5°, 10°, 15°, 20° and 30° mounting flanges are available. These must be ordered along with a 0° mounting plate.
