The BinMaster Flexible Extended Vibrating Rod (VR-51) is a piezoelectric driven vibration point level switch with a unique single-rod probe, a sword-shaped blade designed to prevent bridging of material. The VR-51 extended vibrating rod uses a steel-rope reinforced cable and allows for insertion lengths from 19 inches to 19 feet. It is intended for top mount applications and can be used to detect materials that are heavy, medium and lightweight – including those which are extremely light and fluffy. Suitable for carbon black, plastics, fly ash, feed, seed, grain, food, and chemicals.
