BinMaster NCR-25 Non-Contact Radar for Clean Liquids

BinMaster NCR-25 Non-Contact Radar for Clean Liquids

The versatile BinMaster NCR-25 non-contact radar level sensor continuously measures clean liquids contained in vessels up to 114 feet tall. It is best suited for water, fuels, oils, and other freely-flowing, clean liquids – even under difficult process conditions, high temperatures, and pressures. It is also appropriate for sanitary environments such as human or animal food processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Description

Binmaster NCR-25 non-contact radar for clean liquids sends short radar pulses to the surface of the liquid being stored. The liquid reflects the signal, which is returned to the sensor for processing. Liquid level is calculated in the sensor electronics based upon the time of flight and converted to a distance. Proprietary processing ensure fast updates as well as reliable, precise measurement.
