BinMaster Vibrating Fork with Hazloc Approvals

BinMaster Vibrating Fork with Hazloc Approvals

The BinMaster Vibrating Fork with Hazloc Approvals (VF-95) is best suited for free-flowing granules and small-sized particles. It is often used in materials with a low bulk density that cannot be detected by a capacitance probe. The rugged stainless steel fork resists bending and buildup and functions optimally in dry materials that won’t cling to the fork.

Description

The BinMaster Vibrating Fork with Hazloc Approvals is easy to set up in an empty vessel without any material present and requires no calibration. It has a product-independent switching point, ensuring it operates reliably, regardless of material properties or when used in a new or different material. Once installed, it requires minimal maintenance, saving time and reducing costs. The stainless-steel fork resists buildup of material and requires only occasional cleaning and inspection.

Use the BinMaster Vibrating Fork to measure:

  • Hazardous areas when approved to ATEX, FM, CSA and IEC standards
  • Dry cement, sand, and other dry construction materials
  • Food products and pharmaceuticals (stainless steel housing)
  • Animal feeds and ingredient
  • Powdered or flaked plastics
  • Wood pellets
  • Granular materials and smaller particle sizes
  • Light, dry materials that won’t cling to the forks
