BinMaster Mercury-Free Tilt Switch

The BinMaster Mercury-Free Tilt Switch (BM-TSM) is a patented, mercury-free switch used for high-level detection of powders and bulk solids stored in bins, tanks or silos. Approved for use in hazardous environments where there is a risk of explosive dust, BM-TSM mounts on top of the vessel and is outfitted with a custom-made shaft in lengths from one foot to eight feet. The BM-TSM is available with a paddle or sphere mounted at the end of the shaft and can be used in materials with a bulk density of at least 15 pounds per cubic foot.

Description

The BinMaster Mercury-Free Tilt Switch (BM-TSM) is custom-built for each bin and fits many applications. The shaft of the tilt switch is custom-made from one foot up to eight feet in length. You specify the length of the shaft based upon the distance from the top of the bin where an alert should be activated. The BinMaster Mercury-Free Tilt Switch is available with either a paddle or sphere mounted at the end of the shaft and can be used in materials with a bulk density of at least 15 pounds per cubic foot.
