Bulk Pro N-64 Precision Belt Scale Systems are designed for all high speed, high capacity belts that require high accuracy. They monitor production, confirm incoming product, loadout outgoing product and monitor product inventory. Model N-64 is available with a two idler (N-64-2) or four idler (N-64-4) weighbridge; both use four precision load cells and a full floating design and can be applied in conveyors with belt widths from 18 inches to 96 inches. There are no pivots or easily worn parts and a robust steel tube construction reduces material build up. Special super heavy-duty carriages can be used for applications where capacities exceed 10,000 tons per hour. This belt scale system provides crucial information for the successful management and efficient operation of any plant.
