Description

CleanScrape Primary Belt Cleaners offer a new innovation in belt cleaning technology. CleanScrape is installed diagonally across the discharge pulley and forms a three dimensional curve. The cleaner incorporates a matrix of tungsten carbide scrapers and is tensioned against the belt. Despite an extremely low contact pressure between the belt and the cleaner, 85% to 95% of stuck material is removed.

CleanScrape is a proven solution, providing long-running, highly effective belt cleaning performance while requiring minimal maintenance in major bulk material handling industries, including mining, coal-handling facilities, power plants, cement, aggregate operations, concrete plants, chemical factories, and ports.
